It could also be an accumulation for a pump. It's an unusually high volume of coins.

Some investor have alot of money, and an investment of 1 bitcoin would be inconsequential.

But this must be locked at altcoin section to avoid spamming main bitcoin topics.
Only above full members this is mine opinion. And you'll need someone to manage campaign..
