Actually most people are waiting for bitcoin certainty from the government about legalization. If legalization takes taxes from bitcoin, I think everyone will agree. What is really needed is bitcoin can continue to exist, and the government supports the existence of bitcoin.

why is it ok for a group of people calling themselves the government to force everyone to buy their services?
if enough armed people refused to pay and told the government to go fuck itself there is nothing they could do.
Yes because its in the law that if you a job a professional,all stablishments businesses and millionaires should pay their taxes.because a country without tax doesnt exist and economy is down. |

That would be a big mess, a group of people without a leader is dangerous to the society and self. Let's say the people overthrow the government and take control of things themselves and choose their own leader, then forms a new government with different rules. Doesn't make sense right.

generally speaking, it is part of the government and it is codified by law. One can not just refuse and do what ever they want.There are some tax evaders and they are punished by law. If your mind is clear and you are in the right thinking, you know why tax is important.It is essential for a country to continue developing as a country. The funds that are given to projects, to armies,hospitals came from our taxes and if we do not pay tax, there will be no funds for it. We all benefit from our tax that we pay. |

Well whether the people agree or not, doesn't matter. The government has a sovereignty which includes imposition of tax. Taxes are the lifeblood of a country. It is very crucial in perpetually responding to the people's needs like infrastructure, health facilities, educational programs, etc. In the end, it all comes back to the people. So, it is just and right to pay taxes.

When the great Greek philosopher John Lock in the 300BC proposes the social contract theory that gave birth to what we now have as government today, the social contract theory states that the people will hand over they rights to a body to carry out they rights for them as a third party who is not part of the contract and that body should be known as the government. Who will have all the supreme power to make and executes the law since then the people has transfer they right to the government.
And the government in other to function well need finances and the only way is to formulate policy that will aid them to succeed which tax is one of those policies. So saying you will not pay tax is a crime against the government despite the fact that the government are not performing up to expectations we must still obey it because the social contract is binding on all of us.

This is the real world. When you were born into this world, tax is already written on your palm. We could no nothing especially when we are already working, to pay taxes for the government. Well and good if they are going to put the money in improving the country. |

Originally taxes were created to support the community, to help those who can't take take of themselves. It's now that we pay our taxes and can see nothing done (I'm speaking here about certain developing highly-corrupted countries). Our taxes are going to somebodies' pockets, that's why I no longer understand why should I owe something to the state. But earlier I had a thought that I must obey and pay taxes because it's my contribution to the old people's lives and stability of the country.

In principle, you are pushing people to anarchy and the overthrow of the state system. After all, in any state people pay taxes in order to replenish the country's budget. Another question is how this budget is distributed by the government, here are the questions and therefore people do not want to give money to someone. |

Because tax can help our economy to grow and help it help us in some financial problem by providing us a project by the government.
Agree, paying taxes is very favorable as long as it will not go to the pockets of the corrupt officials instead it will go directly to the people thru government services and insfrastructure. We are agree to pay taxes because it is the policy by our nation in which as a citizen we oblige to abide the law. |

People agree to pay taxes because individuals doesn't have choice but to pay rather than be sent to jail. But if there will be a union or a big group of people that have the courage to fight against the government regarding about no to pay taxes then surely it will stop.

This is actually interesting and will bring prosper to the government to grow their economy in every country. The only problem that cause to the chaos of every country is that when the person they voted to sit in that position to do what they have to do according to their position will start to corrupt everything because they were only thinking about of their self and not thinking why they are in that position because greediness and money is the root of all evil. Taxes are made because people want them to implement what they propose for their country. |

You are require to pay taxes for the government to support its constituents also especially in those industrial country where the government rely on taxes for infrastructures.
Tax is playing a very big role in any economy if the people stop paying tax so a country can be destroyed so it’s very important to pay tax and I’m sure in any civilized nation tax is number one priority for them because country is same like house and no one want to destroyed it house and I hope bitcoin and its users will also start to pay tax if bitcoin become regulate in all countries so it will help more to countries and I’m sure bitcoin will end world poverty. |

It is the duty of the each and every person of the country to pay tax if he is counted under it.These taxes which are being taken from the public are best utilised by the government to provide the public best facilities.The taxes are generally taken on annually basis and is charged as per the income of the person and certain percentage is set to the in order to charge the tax.

all need money for development costs, with taxes held then the government-made development will be done. will bitcoin pay government taxes? but why pay a tax if bitcoin is not accepted by the government. it is true there is still a development that must be resolved in the city of a small town that needs a bridge to cross. if all are handed over to private companies then development will be neglected because the top dollar will only be made in areas with high populations.
