People do not pay taxes by willingly. In my country people pay taxes by force of government. In my country even poor peoples have to pay taxes. There is no alternative of paying taxes. We are kinda force to do this.

They don't force you to buy their services, the government works only because they collect taxes , taxes are the source of income for the government through which they can perform their duties.
