If any of you have the old coins or damage markers too that would be cool.

Are you looking for any old Pokemon cards or are you just holding out for some specific ones?

Buy a TREZOR! Premier BTC hardware wallet. If you're reading this, you should probably buy one if you don't already have one. You'll thank me later.

As of now, I'm just looking for all of them. In a week or so, I will have approximately 2,000 cards after all of my current orders arrive, and I will start being more selective. But for now, I'm just buying them all, and dealing with the doubles (in my case x80 of each card perhaps)

Might be possible with the groudons and houndooms coming your way Wink

Well, I have a few other orders, one of about 1000 cards, and a few 200-300 card orders coming in. I'm not sure what to do with the Groudons and Houndooms, I'll probably trade them to some 10 year olds for some old cards.

That's cool. I'll stop by my parents' and pick up some tomorrow. Cheesy

How much are you offering for them?

Damn, kinda wish I hadn't sold all of mine for a penny apiece at a garage sale ~10 years ago.  I think at that point we were using them for cards to clip to the spokes of our bikes, hehe.

(for the record, I was born in 1990, so I was in 2nd grade or so when Pokemon Red/Blue came out, never expected anyone to care about the cards or the Burger King Pokeball toys at the time)

Same, I was born in 94, so I was about 5 when the first set came out, and was probably 6 or so when I started collecting them. I gave away my entire collection to a friend about 4 years ago, and now I really regret it. So yeah I'm rebuilding my childhood through these cards, and avoiding getting beaten by Mushroomized by purchasing said cards.

Cry Damn FedEx, May 26th, package arrives 10 miles from my house in sorting facility. The status says that is has shipped and is in transit for Delivery. I figure cool, it will be here today, probably early afternoon since its coming from such a short distance away. Nope, it doesn't arrive, and it still says In transit for Delivery even though its now Sunday, and they don't deliver on Sundays. Oh, and is Monday a federal holiday? So I guess they won't be here until Tuesday. Damn FedEx...

If I said I was trading Ammo, Weapons, or something that could be used as a weapon for Pokemon cards, would you be in a rush to go find some?

This post is to just be a public receipt of a sale of a list of cards to SaltySpitoon for $55 in BTC.

Shipping will be done with Canada Post Parcel / USPS once it crosses the border.
I'm off to the post office to mail this now.

I had the 2nd rarest card in the game - a Ninetales error card (no attack value 80 printed on it).  Recently sold it for $250... not bad!  Everything else of my collection I sold when I was 14 or 15, but I kept that one card hoping it'd be worth a lot someday.

Nice, when did you sell it? I see the only one on Ebay right now is $150. My new goal is to own every single card, of every edition and variety.

That's going to be hard - for example, we have one of the holo unknowns that were given away with one of the early movies.

Otherwise, probably 1000 cards sitting in the garage from the series one decks.  (disclaimer - it's my daughter who is the long time, core poke-nut.  Our first visit to a Poke-Centre in Tokyo was really funny as she had to look at everything all at once)

Lucky for me, I only want the 1st generation cards. I want every card from Base, Jungle, Fossil, Base 2 and possibly rocket/legendary collection (base 3).

I think its somewhat do able.
