When ppl spread my work for free, ppl won't donate anymore because they just use my stolen work to boost their profit. When I release #3, the stolen work is not profitable anymore, and the only option is to donate or steal my work again. The problem is, your work is based on code under the GPL license (because  it seems you are unable to start it from scratch), with require you to give access to your code if requested (which has been done multiple times). And you have to do this, even if you would give your code away for free. We can be sure you know that stuff, you just ignore it because you think nobody will ever get you.

Funny thing is you CAN use a GPL licensed piece of software and improve it yourself and use it without violating a GPL. So in your example that's actually perfectly legal. I'd say anything above 40-50 GPU's is a medium size setup.  Large setup would be around 100 GPUs, and 'farm' title would go to a dedicated area for mining.  keep in mind a home miner can do 100 GPUs on a normal electrical 200A box if he has good ventilation management.  semantics but hey

How to set up

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Windforce with samsung memory.

use -i 25.15 in the batfile, +220 coreclock, +800 memclock. You need powered risers, because the 6 pin connector only deliver 75watt.
Without powered risers and 6 cards, your cards pull more power than the board can handle and they will trottle.

If you use the same settings and cut the tdp to 80% you only get 13.5MHASH (-10%), so if you need to use another config for low power rigs.
