Given the majority of our trades happen on two large American exchanges the court system and ourselves wont have much of a problem proving. The real worry is one of them shutting down in which case again there'll be proof and pretty logical explanation better then a typhoon on a long planned vacation. |

Just two legal excuses I can think of that allow you to take all the coins and have zero personal liability. |
