I did the same. I will remove my negative trust rating when I am at least compensated what I was promised day 1. I don't normally do ref services but I had hopes for this one, only to see that the owner made a lot of promises he couldn't keep in the beginning. Why should I continue to trust him and possibly play on his site?

I had some trouble, I betted 3 chips and before I could make a selection and draw cards my browser crashed and when it reloaded the chips were gone. Now it's ok for now since it was a small bet but what if the same thing happens when someone is playing with say 1000 chips or more it could cause serious issues.

You've got combination with pair of Jacks or Better, it means your winning is x1 of your bet, so notification is "You returned your bet"

He sent me a proposal via PM offering some compensation for the time/effort that this whole debacle cost me. I accepted in order to put this all behind me, and while it didn't cover the monies 100%, it was a nice compromise for me considering most places wouldn't even bother.

I hope you guys are able to work something out.

I received a signup bonus for being one of the first users to register on your website. I played and won $200 with that bonus. You then promised to pay the full amount and stopped responding after a while. You shouldn't give away a signup bonus and tell people they shouldn't complain about not getting the amount that they've won because they received a free bonus. You should've given away a $5 bonus instead of a $50 if you can't afford it.

That was a bit of a letdown. I've won a $200 giftcard and I received a $10 giftcard :S.

But we can't fully pay so many thousands of dollars right now   , so we're making small initial payouts for everyone who win to show that we're not cheaters.
