I doubt it'd happen in 2014. It's hard to imagine that the value would multiply ~30x within the course of 2 months.

2014 is almost over  . I don't think in 2 months we will see such a big jump. I think it will go higher... just a slower pace. We have a WAYS to go before we hit the 10k mark. We would have to hit the 1K mark solid.... then a lot more milestones. |

oh.. then hit "edit" button on the right side of your post. btw it's still pretty much impossible for BTC to reach $10,000 by the end of 2015... but I'm not an expert so I may be wrong  |

I still don't think it's probable. The largest leap was up to $1000, and then the value plunged down again. It seems highly improbable that there'd be a multiplicative factor of that scale in such a period but it would be amazing tho
