Dev wants money before release features and start work.
I want also find a work in real life where first i get pay than i will start work.
Or make site,e-commerce for my clients,sayng them "i will do this,this,this,first pay,then i will deliver your work."
Next cryptos should have some little fee for every transactions in exchange that will go to the dev.
In this case dev have to develop a good coin. More coin is good, more will attract traders, more they get paid.
No more ICO!
