how does someone on OSX update the wallet?
You have to wait until I release OSX wallet. Just don't send any coins using the old wallet. |

This indian guy seems to lie about viorcoins its just 1 case reported so far I think he is purposely doing this.
I have the wallet I scanned it and I think its safe there is no virus threat or malware.
that is why Bittrex is requesting court order in each such case. It is very hard to tell who is telling the truth and who is not, having just the scarce evidence we have so far, and thus, any definite statement such as that above should be avoided. In any case users have to be extremely careful upon uploading any new wallet, as this indeed, may cost them all their funds they have stored locally. On the other hand, we should try to avoid hysteria, luckily there were only few cases (mostly Opal coin was affected) and trading/bussiness may continue as normal. what "court order" means? And do we know what it takes for the bittrex to open again the market? |

court order means an order from a court to release the funds. As for your second question, somebody else can correct me if I'm wrong, it should work like this: they check the blockchain to see, if there are no issues there and in agreement with Dev they reopen the market. Usually, it may take from several hours to few days, depending on the issue, event queue (other issues that happened at the same time), deployed manpower. So no need to panic! |

I think that stop any panic sell because people might used that as an opportunity to spread accusations that the whole Viorcoin network is affected. I'm happy it's only 1 person that's affected. |
