By middleman you mean escrow? Just look in the Services section as there are plenty of trusted escrows who will do it for free, though I think you should send a small tip once the deal is completed.

Use an escrow, I can personally recommend devthdev, monbux, and bitpop. Really on depends what the transaction is for.

You can do some research and pick your favourite, not few offer escrow for free
