There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Yes, Mt. Gox has instituted requirements that you verify your identity with Mt. Gox before you can transfer Dwolla USDs to Mt. Gox for deposit into your account:

 - https://mtgox.com/press_release_20120518.html

Yes, Mt. Gox has been way behind on being able to handle all the Dwolla withdrawals (because, presumably, of restrictions where Mt. Gox can't accommodate demand due to restrictions by Dwolla). 6 day (business day) delays are what Mt. Gox is recently estimating.

Yes, Dwolla now added the requirement that you must verify your account with them, which means sending to them a photo ID.

And yes, previously Dwolla instituted the requirement that before you can send funds to a Bitcoin exchange, you must give to Dwolla your SSN and have a bank account linked to your Dwolla account (with at least 30 days passed since you first had Dwolla transfer funds from your bank.):

If your problem is with Mt. Gox, they do have a support ticket system:
If you are having trouble understanding the response from a ticket, perhaps you can paste the message here for further analysis.

Mt.Gox Support, May 29 15:22 (JST):
Hello Angel,

Thank you for contacting us. To withdraw through Dwolla, please go to https://mtgox.com/trade/funding-options and click on "Add withdraw method" and enter your Dwolla information. It seems that your information enter previously was rejected by our AML team. After it is validated by them, you will be able to submit Dwolla withdrawal requests. Please let us know if you need additional assistance by replying to this email.

Thanks,

MtGox.com Team

i already got rejected two times on the verified process, i already ask them why the rejection and if theres any way to contact the AML team, cause i never have any problems with mtgox or dwolla, im a verified user of dwolla, so the problem is not with them, mtgox even gift me the yubikey, got a clean transaction history and no problem at all, and now im a little stuck with this.

Well, Mt. Gox now has a "your Mt. Gox account must be verified (photo id)" in order to add funds with Dwolla.  They might require verification to withdraw I suppose too, for instance if you've used Tor or a public access point or are trying to do a larger transaction (over $1K USD).

So your account still shows as not verified?
And you've sent a photo id (color)?
