Oh look my cashout was delayed ANOTHER 24 hours. This site is a joke.
Please, pm your account email adress. We never delay or cancel requests without any reasons. But we need to know your adress to find out what were the reasons of delay. I sent you a PM but you asked me about this a month ago and after I explained what happened you just kind of said, "oh well." I remember your situation, and your payout was delayed because the winnings were not wagered yet. And yes, we've promised to complete you next payout as soon as possible, but there were no requests since the beginning of January. We really wish you big luck and hope you'll make withdrawal soon) |

You just wouldn't withdraw it. Now yes, about 20 days later I tried to withdraw the 150mbtc from the Christmas lottery thing but that was denied because i hadn't played through anything at all. I'm not a stranger to the rules of withdrawing when using deposit bonuses or anything similar. The fact is that you just didn't want to withdraw my mbtc for some reason and felt like milking the time on it that particular day/12hours/etc ...I just checked and I deposited 17 times that day of amounts at 15mbtc or greater. It was all legit on my side, I finally won back what I had been playing with and couldn't get it withdrawn. That's why I'll continue to warn people of your withdraw practices. Even now, trying to suggest that I had some sort of wagering requirement on the 17 deposits I made that day....? Seriously? |

You know, what surprises me more is that this problem could have been resolved a month ago by honoring the withdraw, correcting the time it takes to process withdraws and that would have been it. You would still be in the black in regards to my deposits/withdraws, you would have had another happy player and you wouldn't have to deal with as many people complaining. Instead you fight it.
