Hello, I just wanted to give my personal review and experience with btc-casino.io. First off the website is designed very nicely which made me feel confident that this was a good place to play. There also is a leveling system which I thought was kinda interesting. Unfortunately, where this website lacks is the customer support and instant withdraw. I have put in a withdraw request over 8 hours ago and it is still pending. I don't know if I will ever get it out or what because everytime I contact the 24 hour live support member they greet me and then tell me to hold on. I think one actually told me they payout on Mondays or something like that so thats something they need to improve on because every other casino out there offers instant withdraw so thats a reason I will never deposit another mBTC here right there. I hold for about 5 minutes and no answer and eventually the support ticket just closes. Still no withdraw, and no answer as to when I will or if I will ever receive them. The games are fairly priced but the payouts are very minimal even for big wins. I dont think I have won any more than 20 mBTC on any game they have on here. On average i may win back my bet and a few extra bits on top if I'm lucky. Fix your games, fix your withdraws and fix your customer support because this is ridiculous. I just checked and I still haven't gotten a response from them since I started this review. This the last chat conversation with live support I had. Look for yourselves...

I'm not sure what you are referring to I haven't posted anything about other casinos here at BTCtalk. I wouldn't have anything to gain slandering a legitimate casino unless I feel like I was wronged or treated unfairly or poorly.Yes this is a new account and I am new to crypto and I do not post in forums very much. I am just trying to make people aware of how I was personally treated at this this casino by tech support. Ya I may have been a little rude but this is just 1 of the several conversations that I had with this particular support tech. I have since talked to another support tech and he was far more professional about my issue but at this time the matter is still unresolved. Trying to inform the community to be cautious about depositing here because it seems at least my experience that they are intentionally taking their time processing my withdrawal. I will definitely remove or edit this post and give an apology once the issue has been completely resolved.

Edit: Withdraw finally has gone through. I may have shown a little bit of impatience on this matter but they eventually did process my withdrawal so I will give them credit for that. I'm still not exactly thrilled with the support on this casino or the amount of time i had to wait but it is what it is. I will not be returning

(Pay attention that you can only play the games that are announced for tournament, in order for your wins to count for ranking).

Im sure his experience with this site is real. The same thing happened to me and this casino has the worse support ever. Their withdrawal takes some time before they process it and if you check this page you can see that I submitted them a flaw in their system for bounty but they just give me 0.01 btc for it. I should have abused it rather than telling them, still regret here
