We'd love to comment a little bit regarding the latest comments about our casino. Because all this negativeness is more likely some kind of "paid anti-advertising".
First of all, all casinos have some kind of requirements and prerequisits. So the wagering requirement is totally normal thing which you can also see in all other casinos. Moreover, we recently cancelled the wagering requirement on deposits.
Casino is casino, it's not a charity agency. A player always runs a risk of losing his money. That's it. We're doing our best to ensure that a player really has fun with cool slots, graphics, bonuses and top-notch support. But the risk of losing money is always existent.
It's weird to see someone complaining around. If there are questions / issues / unclear points - we're here to discuss it all and resolve them.
There are even "folks" who try to blackmail us in exchange for bitcoins. Otherwise they threaten us and say that they're going to post all around the negative things about us or start DDoS attacks. It's absolutely disgusting. And we think that from now on we should adopt a good practice to start publishing the screenshots and other evidences of blackmailing so everyone around is aware of these swindlers.
