What we have right now is a lot less than what's awaiting us in the far future in the bitcoin world. The price which is 6k$ is still nothing compared to how much bitcoin will be in a couple of years assuming that all things go well and no technology will take over bitcoin's current throne. The room for improvement with bitcoin is a long way to go. I suggest that we all hold at least 1BTC until we get old. Don't spend your precious bitcoins in things that you can live without.
