BlitzMM
Blitz is releasing an asset called BlitzMM. Asset ID-8057299913800870096 on the NXT Asset Exchange. The NXT that is raised through
selling the asset will be converted to BTC and Blitz and used for market making trading on the blitz market. There is profit to be made
here if there is good volume, as we tend to have a high spread. We are planning on adding TVE asset in the future and trading that as
well. Since Blitz has low volume we will look into adding additional coins to the mix to increase profits. When Blitz is added to
another exchange in the future, arbitrage will also be included. BlitzMM will generate revenue from outside of the NXT ecosystem then
market buy NXT to be paid as dividends to BlitzMM holders on the last day of the month.
In the future we will expand into other types of trading as well. This includes BTC/USD trading with arbitrage bots across all the
major exchanges. As well as arbitrage bots for major altcoins across crypto markets. Adding forex trading is also desired. We will sell
additional assets in the future to give us increased capital for all of this.

1 million BlitzMM assets issued.
10% (100,000) assets will be put up for sale on the Asset Exchange for 4 NXT an asset.
20% (200,000) assets will be held for Blitz Rewards.
(Dividends will not be paid to the 200k assets until all assets are on the market. Only 20% of profit will go to Blitz Rewards until
then.)
10% (100,000) assets will be held to be used as payment for the traders. This is an incentive to make the asset successful.
-These assets will be held in the Issuer Account until released. That will be everytime more are sold to maintain ~10% of the market.
(Assets in the Issuer account will not recieve dividends)
60% (600,000) assets will be held in the Issuer account.
-These assets will be sold on the Asset Exchange as needed, at market rate, when the following conditions are met:
1. First month dividends are successfully paid.
2. More capital is needed for trading to increase profits.
3. There is demand by the community for more assets.
(Assets held in Issuer account will not recieve monthly dividends.)

Dividend Overview
From the start, dividends will be paid to:
80% to 110k assets on the market (100k sold, 10k to traders)
20% to Blitz Rewards
The first dividends will be paid on January 31st.
