I reinvest hashrates mined on a daily basis. I do not like the auto invest as I like to physically see how much I made for the day before I reinvest.

On Sunday a payout was made on my account:

I do not know where the payout was made to! I checked my wallet, but it is not there.

I logged 2x support tickets on cloudminr.io but they do not appear under SUPPORT MESSAGES. I sent an email to Tom and Adrian but no one responds.

Questions:
1. Cloudminr.io, when you see my message, please let me know where my payment was sent to.
2. Can anyone explain to me where I can specify my wallet address on cloudminr.io?

I think, the Tx ID you have provided has 100+ addresses and one can not make anything out of that info. It is better if you can provide your actual address and the amount you were expecting there.

For this 1GH i paid 0.8 BTC got it Voucher from P4ndoraBox7. So ROI is kinda faster.

When you have contract and use reinvest price is 0.00085 btc.

Hi Elit. There is nothing pending on the contracts page. It was there, but because BTC took longer than 2-3 hours to appear (it was sent from cold storage) the contract refresh option is no longer there.

I know they will fix it, just trying to get their attention to it because the support page is not working.

They are creating a third party login for that person and will probably make it secure to be sure nothing happen to either cloudminr.io and cloudminr.io customers.
