I don't think they treat customers seriously. My support ticket M-GYLULQBCKAIFMJ about buying 10TH/s is already waiting over a day, and no answer. I understand 10TH/s transaction is so small that they simply don't give a s**t?

He wants a discounted rate, which is why hes asking here.

But, I think its better to find it on the digital goods section as I seen some people do that. And seems to be the proper place to do it.

Hi all,

Id like to know from either the company or customers if its optional to choose your own pool to mine with. Or do you only have the option for Cloudminr to choose one for you?

No. Almost none of the cloud mining companies will allow you to chose your own pool.

I was having the same issue. Someone posted the solution, not sure who it was.

Here is the trick.... Go to contracts, there should your pending contracts with two buttons where the Mined output is. The buttons should read " refresh" and " cancel". Go ahead and refresh the contract once it is paid.

That is what worked for me! And I thought that there was a problem but figured it out as I was submitting a  support ticket.

I think, the first one could be me.  Grin Cheesy [Well, with an income of 15000€/week I would buy a fully reconstructed 63' Ford Thunderbird  (the last one with wings) every week till I have all T-Birds ever build in a very big garage like BCS has to storage their mining-hardware.  Cheesy Ok, not all, but 365 in different colors, once per day in a year. That should be a better investment than clouds in the next 30 years. Wink]

dream on ... Wink

Well I think its all over, I went to cloudminr.io r keep my login status and oops blank screen so i view the source not one single thing in the source. It is sad these places keep doing this . Well it was fun while it lasted. maybe you guys can go back a few pages where i was told FUD this and FUD that and remember I told you all months ago this ponzi was about to end, if I remember correctly I even mentioned how I would be surprised if it would last another month.

What´s this useless garbage on about now? And what´s this scam crap that it´s pushing? Thought all the extortionist junk had given up here. Website works perfectly as usual.

No it was not working as usual and payments are also behind Smiley it is back up now, but a while ago there was nothing on the website and nothing in the view source, it was all blank. I am not pushing anything. Smiley

Oh WOW yea the site works all right, but I noticed something very VERY interesting my income is now 50% what it used to be. Wonder why that is?
