Last week payment was ~~ same like week before it but atm my Dashboard current income is much lower from what need to be and for pay out day its wont be over ~~0.2 when all rest was around 0,25-0.26 btc.

Wow bitcoins I don't disregard what you say because low amount of posts but  that + your position leads me to believe you are trolling and/or the competition. Seems like lots of that going around here. READERS BEWARE. Due diligence is required, lots of disinformation.

Check my payments from last week. They were down about 10% not the 25% that was stated by others. From my experience that falls in a normal range for mining variances

Must not be down. The difficulty is less. This is the question. I'm a new customer and I'm trying to understand.

I made a fast acting fuss the other day about cloudminr and have just now had time ot come back and respond. Yes payouts were a bit late, but this has happened before so no real worries. the real problem was the blank page situation, have you guys figured out why this is happening. With the reputations of cloud mining services this can quickly cause panic, seeing a blank page with a blank source and relating that with what other services have done in the past is not a good result for you.

Also i would love to see better response form the support team. I still have issues that are over a month old that have not been addressed in any way by support. 7 days should be the max time to respond to support issues for any business I think. The longer it takes for you to respond to your support tickets, the more panic is raised within your fast acting panic investors.

I have already reached my ROI  so an ROI is not what concerns me now. I can say other than a few hiccups this service has done well, but I also worry about it. How the income has not been drastically effected like other pools really does concern me. I see people complaining about drops in income, but in reality compared to most other services it has not dropped enough. You should expect a drop in income every 2 weeks.(expecting a drop in income does not necessarily mean it will actually happen it just prepares you if it does) If it doesn't drop you should be excited, if it does drop you should already understand and know why.

Advice to combat against drops in income, altho you may not like it, no matter if its cloud mining or real hardware mining, you should expect to increase your hash every 2 weeks to keep up with the difficulty SO i advise if you want your income in a POW bitcoin cloud mining service to stay steady and recurring the same, do what is required by the bitcoin protocol and upgrade your mining power every month, so take 1 week a month and reinvest and this should keep you close to keeping up with the difficulty. if the difficulty drops and you still do this no worries you are now staying ahead of the difficulty.
