We have notified our website maintenance team about the SSL issue.

Nothing has been fixed so far. I can't login to your site on my android phone because of the SSL issue!

I can say support/feedback from CLOUDMINR.IO has lots to improve.

Yes my question to them via ticket "official option on the site" was not the most urgent one has it was regarding the trial account.
But until now no reply...
Who is to say that was not the first step to a much larger purchase?! Is it not important to reply potential customers?

Anyway, was forced to send PM via this forum.
Now I see they have time to post on this thread, but not to reply my PM or my support tickets via there site.
Interesting....

There are no PM's from you in our inbox. May you share your username or email? Thank you.

Hi.
Its disappointing to read you don’t have a PM from me. User name speedt_ouch!
The same on your site.

No other user on this forum has ever reported that to me.

Also, on your site we submit a ticket we get a number to track but nothing to follow the ticket.
In fact, the ticket is not listed. On your site I submitted two tickets.
Perhaps your site has a problem, Should check it.

I agree to this. I have sent different tickets myself since I started with Cloudminr.io but never got any reply.
Also I can't find any of submitted tickets on the site nor I got any email notification!

Hello!

I've been using Cloudminr since November of last year and I'm incredibly satisfied with the service. The only thing that concerns me is that there's only a single picture of the mining farm on the website and very limited information about the mining process (such as the fact that the mining pool isn't reported and the description of the hardware is rather vague). It's most definitely an improvement from what it was originally (which was nothing), but it doesn't do a lot to convince the users that your operation is legitimate. What would really be nice is a short video of the inside the farm, or simply more still images such as different views of the miners or the boards being assembled. As I said, I've been very satisfied and impressed with how the business has been run so far, but the frequent discounts, low pricing, and lack of information on how the company is being run raises a number of red flags for myself and many other users. I would like to invest more money into mining with Cloudminr, but until I see a bit more transparency from your end I can't see myself risking any significant amount of money.

- Thanks for reading.

I haven't seen any decrease in profit lately. My payments have always been relatively the same except when I reinvested or made a purchase.

OT: We will NOT loose everything as this is not the first time that the scrypt.cc site went down. Owner of the site asks for a week to fix things and plan to reset all KHS and BTC back to what it was. Hopefully he will introduce 2-step password authentication. Holding thumbs, as returns on scrypt.cc are really good.

Yeah, I noticed that as well.
Previously I used to purchase 3 even 4 GH/s daily reinvesting the profit, today I was able to reinvest only in 2 GH/s!

Not sure what the heck is happening there?

Cloudminr, can you tell us?

On the 14th June payout I got 0.051 BTC mined with 801 GHS. That was a bit over 0.0072 BTC/day.

Next week I reinvested all my payouts and got an extra 66 GHS.

This week, with 867 GHS, I'm getting 0.006 BTC/day!!!!

I can understand some fluctuation in the payouts, that is the nature of crypto minning, but this is something else... something completely different!

Is this legit? Is this plausible?

Or is it something else?

I don't complain just for the pleasure of doing so! I complain because I have good reason for doing so, and I support my claims with facts!

I have been with these guys since January and so far so good. But these last weeks... it really looks like the beginning of the end. Sad

My rule of thumb when investing in any kind of business is to read reviews and feedback and go to forums like this so I can learn if its a good investment or not. Regardless if its a good or negative feedback I will read it and take note of it. This kind of feedback will surely help others who wants to know more about a company if its worth investing or not. cheers to you @Trimegistus  Smiley
