you are always going to have people question any company no matter what. I still see people question cex.io even though they been around for many years and have hundreds of thousands of customers day in day out. So i think best you can do is provide proof of fresh mined coins on block chain. Also since now people going to kill the photos you can submit like a 20- 40 second video walking through your farm while eating a ice cream cone or drinking a soda.
