Most devs collecting hundreds BTC worth ICOs without charity (or simply deceive investors) and it's fine. Here we see tiny ICO with 33% donation and it's bad in your opinion.

OK, I get your point. Can you repost it in all ICO threads with less than 30 BTC ICOs? In greater, add "extremely" before "greedy dev with scammy plans". Only after that move you will be truthful, at least with yourself.
