ok i sent some ebola while my wallet was synching, it had loads confirms and trans id showed up in my block explorer, however recipient never received, i deleted wallet and reloaded blockchain, replaced wallet.dat and got wallet syched but now the transaction is noted as 'conflicted' & doesnt show correctly in explorer, ebola was never received and yet it has left my wallet. What should i do?

If you send the coins and you aren't in the right blockchain, its like you didnt sent anything.
If you was in a fork, the coins remaing in your wallet until in the right blockchain your coins will be sent.
If now, you're in the right blockchain, the coins must apear in your wallet.

If you clean your ebolashare folder doing a good back up, i dont underestant the problem

just noticed that all my stakes after 29/12 19:38 are now orphans, these were all confirmed. The transaction appeared confirmed ,

First you need to sync the wallet.. After that you can confirm your tx.. I had the same problem 2 hours ago..

If your coins gone from your wallet in the correct fork, its because it had been sent to the other wallet(I think emporiex exchange). If you had sent it to emporiex, it will be at the exchange, without dubt.

Coin only can be on your wallet or in the other adress. Its implausible in another place. Try to get your wallet in another computer to recovery it, maybe your laptop have a bad cache data.

well my wallet is fully synched and upto date. all my stakes which did say confirmed are now orphans from evening of 29th!! The coins are out of my wallet, marked as 'conflicted' dont show up on the explore and havnt arrived at Empoex. Before i deleted and resynched wallet the trans was confirmed and trans id even showed up in the wallet block explorer.

Has a request been put in at Polo? they are very good a reviewing stuff and adding it especially if users demand it, its a simple form to fill out.
although the nature of this coin could be highly topical due to its name , 2.7btc to help fight ebola is a good start and this recent news is a very hot marketing tool for this coin atm , strike whilst the irons hot!

If your coins gone from your wallet in the correct fork, its because it had been sent to the other wallet(I think emporiex exchange). If you had sent it to emporiex, it will be at the exchange, without dubt.

i am not sure if this will help but it has something about mismatched spent coins , i also think it HAS to be implemented in the wallet but SAVE your wallet somewhere for safe keeping then in the debug console and type
