My wallet is staking, did you try restarting your ebolashare wallet?

yes I did restart the wallet twice. after leaving it staking for the whole night still no PoS blocks. I wonder if there is any minimum amount of coins I have to have to be able to generate PoS blocks. I have only the free share (735 coins) atm.

I suppose you are using the last version of the wallet because is a mandatory update. Is your wallet locked maybe? Or it's unlocked? How many connections do you have to the network? Do you have a stable internet connection or maybe you are using a wifi connection and you lose the signal sometimes?

yes I have the latest wallet, and yes I have it in the staking mode. Have 2 connections to the network (included all nodes specified in this thread in my conf file), and pretty stable Internet connection (low bandwidth though).

Just got the PoS stake. Took a bit longer than expected but at least I may confirm now that it is working.

Ok i got issue with the mac wallet.  Only ever has maximum of 1 connection, 0 blocks downloaded. Also if i click receive coins my address is not visible , only loads of squares, also if i go to send coins in the pay to field if i type numbers or letters only squares are visible. all other fields are fine!!! Iv downloaded latest mac version , installed twice and added the .config eboladev provided.
also i should say if i copy and paste the squares from my address field in receive coins it pastes as a normal address.

Connectivity issues are not a MAC wallet problem, you probably only need to add some nodes more. Add these to your .conf file:

The "squares" (□□□□□□) issue is a minor detected in Mac wallet, we are aware. The problem is just with the font encoding. Dont' worry for the squares, you can't see it but the address is well written despite you only can see the squares.

We will fix that "expected time" indicator in the future. POS is working fine, but the network need some time to adjust itself. Keep it opened and you will get more frequently POS blocks

Thanx Eboladev , adding those extra nodes fixed it. Got 12 connections and chain synching now , will dm you my address soon.

How old do coins need to be to stake??  Perhaps should put it in OP.

Eboladev you can get Ebola a good explorer, rich list and more at https://chainz.cryptoid.info  and http://blockexperts.com for around 0.2 BTCs a year. like chainz more, they have more info for POS coins.
