My vote goes to:

Spencer Lievens

Sterlingcoin.org.uk
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=721936.2560

The reason is simple: The devs came out with real names, real contact info etc. They are eager to spend time talking with you about every possible concern you have, they are open for suggestions and solutions. They are in for making the coin better, not quick profit for themselves.

I couldn't have put it better - I nominate Spencer Lievens too.

Sterlingcoin.org.uk - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=721936.0

My vote is also spencer lievens.

"I would like to nominate Miracle coin developer  @ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=822317.0.”
The reason: He has just create a new kind of proof: Proof of Faucet which distribute coins fairly to everyone.

I would like to nominate Kimoto Chan for developing Megacoin and the Kimoto Gravity Well. I believe his Gravity Well is as universal as Bitcoin and Litecoin code. I might also mention that Megacoin is unique in many ways, and uses Bitcoin core with Scrypt hashing.

I second the nomination of Dr Kimoto Chan of KGW & Megacoin fame.

+1 nomination for Kimoto Chan of Megacoin.  The [K]imoto [G]ravity [W]ell difficulty adjustment algorithm paved the way for many other alt coins, preventing massive pools from rendering them unmineable.  A lot of people overlook how important this really was.

I would also like to note that I am very happy to see Kingscrown / EXCL listed, I see a lot of potential there.

I nominate Tranz.  Fantastic and humble Dev.  All quality coding, no hype or bullshit.  Primary responsibility is Hobonickels (HBN) and recently he took over Bottlecaps (CAP).  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=303749.0

I would like to nominate Daniel "bytemaster" Larimer.

Among other things, Larimer worked out how to create bitAssets, that is, assets (like bitUSD) that exist on a blockchain but are pegged to the value their real world counterpart, Larimer pioneered the notion of a Distributed Autonomous Company (DAC), Larimer built Delegated Proof of Stake (DPOS) and Transfer Invisibly To a Name (TITAN) to serve as the underlying BitShares blockchain-technology, Larimer outlined the relation between decentralization, economies of scale and cost.

Larimer also started the bounty for the most watched Bitcoin video ever back in 2010.

Larimer also deserves special mention for being exceptionally generous and honest with his projects, outlining them in detail on the forums long before developing them, sharing all his insights and solutions immediately as he thinks of them, encouraging people to challenge them, and having all code and written content available openly with free access.

I'm a Tranz fan as well, he often flies under the radar because he steers clear of all drama in a very similar way to Sunny King. There is atleast 10 different things he has developed for HBN that are unique and ahead of the curve so if you guys haven't nominated anyone yet, you should nominate Tranz.

I would like to nominate Tranz of Hobonickels and Bottlecaps (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=303749.0 and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=241445.0) for his long-term support and development of the aforementioned coins. He seems to be a very skilled coin developer, especially in the area of proof of stake coins. He doesn't change his mind even if the price of the coins goes way down or way up.

In my opinion, he truly deserves a spot among the other voting round candidates!
