It is more that the premine part is too big. It is only 0.3%, i know, but it takes a very long time for someone to have 0.3% himself, so the premine looks like crazy, that is why i said, either increase block size or reduce premine to protect miners from premine dump. As a SHA-256 Algo I would imagine cgminer will be ok.

Either way I tried downloading various sgminer's and could not see a .bat file anywhere, just .exe
