Heh - Yeh, I saw that one the other day, not very conclusive.  I'll wait for the person making the scam accusation to come good on their claim.

Yeh... I saw that one too - not very conclusive either all is says is Tomatocage was the escrow.

Where's the "I accuse Tomatocage of escrowing for himself..." link please?

Edit:

Two posts down from your link is this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1171059.msg12363941#msg12363941 which links to this:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=938340.msg10358524#msg10358524 where Tomatocage confirms he is indeed an alt of extraKrispy

2nd edit this links https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=793183.msg8944970#msg8944970 confirms Tomatocage escrowed for his own alt of extraKrispy

A deal is currently being worked out. Plz stand by.

Bought 1.19 BTC from extraKrispy via Walmart 2 Walmart. Tomatocage as escrow. TX proof: 1P5PZNLjYbq3EahyYhJcNXAXERaS8GTcTT

Everything was good. Thanks guys.

(am doing everyone else's work for them here...)

Perhaps you can edit this to read

Quickseller and Panther52 are alt's of each-other and escrow for themselves taking fees from unsuspecting persons...

...and so do Tomatocage and extraKrispy
... or words to that effect.

Am condensing my six trust wall posts into one:

Not exactly a bee in my bonnet, but still...

Can someone who knows how to take a screen grab of Quickseller / Panther52 / Tomatocage and extraKrispy 's full trust / feedback in one grab?

I can take screen grabs one page at a time, but it would be better if I had a copy of their entire trust feedbacks both given and received in one shot.

Specifically, I am looking for phrases such as

"PayPal scammer avoid" and / or "reversible method of payment"

"use escrow services" in the same negative trust comment as the ones above.

especially when s/he has given negative feedback / trust especially to newbies but in any instances.

I'm beginning to wonder if it could be argued that by giving negative feedback  and then "suggesting" escrow that it is extortion or intimidation?

eg "I will remove if they use escrow" is another phrase to look out for.

I'd also like to know if anyone that previously had negative feedback / trust for these four has suddenly had that negative trust removed??  Screen shots would be essential.

The wash-up from all of this is that all the newbies who got stung by Quickseller / Panther52 / Tomatocage and extraKrispy now have 0: -0 / +0 on their default trust - I can see zombies on the horizon, all these alt's slowly rising from the dead because they no longer have default negative trust / feed back and can massage their way back into life (they aren't day old accounts any longer, and who's going to go back and give them more negative trust / feed back for historical "suspicion"?).

there is no definitive proof that the other account has his alt.

And the 'recent events' include you faking a ban and receiving several negative trusts

trust me, when I saw that I know he was. I am not saying that he should be removed, however I am saying that evidence of self escrowing should not be grounds for removal from the list in the OP

You might want to put a question mark over Anon136 who first wanted to set up a "send cash in the mail to me" ahem service, and has now switched to "send me gold and silver in the mail" ahem service with an as yet unnamed escrow service (here we go again) that almost reads as though s/he wants to self escrow...

New: Bitcoin for gold in the mail. Orderbook and escrow service. Very strong rep. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1179847.0 (Self moderated - one of the so called scam flags)

Old: Anyone interested in a bitcoin for cash gold in the mail escrow service? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1177709.0 (Thread closed when it was suggested the cash notes' serial numbers could be recorded and or the cash / notes marked by government agencies)

*edit* serial numbers can be micro laser etched on to gold / silver bullion BTW, so they can track you...

2nd edit ... part of the text from second thread, the first has been modified as I type.

The pitch:

I will be offering the ability to acquire bitcoins simply, cheaply and without the need to interface with the banking system.

The following will be all one need do in order to acquire bitcoin via my service: Purchase a 1/10th ounce coin or bar from your local coin shop; Use this thread to fill a buy order; Wait for confirmation that the buyer has delivered the requisite bitcoin into my escrow account; Send the 1/10th ounce coin standard post to my po-box; Then simply wait for the bitcoins to be released to the address of your choice.

Follow up on tomatocage / extraKrispy ...

I got a message from tomatocage about his transactions and why he used extraKrispy's account which sounds plausible, but have to read further into it, (no mention one way or the other about the self escrowing, but am still reading...
