Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

What's the current rationale behind the $12.50 forecast?

100 is the middle between 0 and 200.  BTC at $100 coming right up.

Okay, halfway between $0 and $32 is $16.  That's my new target.

it looks like theirs is no other way but up

lol.  It's nice to see the big M playing so out in the open again.  It must be pretty amazing when you know you're basically the only serious player in a multimillion dollar market.

its suspicious that mtgox pretty much encourages manipulation, by allowing people to remove walls as a big order is being proceed.

It's Satoshi himself! Or one or some of the very early adopters.^^ Sometimes I hate myself not knowing about Bitcoin in 2009/10. I would have raped all the cpu's at work^^ Abou Mt.Gox and manipulation... idk, a normal market would put trading on halt if there is a major panic going on. Which they never did! (exept for the 500k hack in 2011). The biggest problem and one of the most serious threads to Bitcoin IMO is the overwhelming marketshare of Mt.Gox itself! As a government you can crash the price within minutes only by heavily attacking MtGox as a legal entity. Serious competition is needed! Really we need the competion, its completly retarded to let one company have control of 80% of Bitcoins exchange. I need e.g.: Bitcoin-Central to be as trustworthy as Mt.Gox is. On the other hand, what can I do with an exchange as small as BTC-e? Sell 100BTC to crash the whole thing? no. WE NEED MORE COMPETITION!

People were so excited to be buying around ~$13.50, now, nothing?  Cheesy

I think this is the short term bottom.

I don't think so. Maybe next week.

I wait for this to happen, too. But with MTG EUR... (~9.50€) If you look at a longer term it's not looking bad at all if we go down to 12.50$ and than upwards to the sky. But if not, well...

Enky again, a rational thought:

I wish more people would use campbx, its fully functional. Its kind of a chicken and the egg type of thing though. More people will buy there once more people sell there, but more people will sell there once more people buy there.

Why campbx? why not BTC-E? campbx has 0.55% fee vs BTC-E 0.2% flat fee. and BTC-E has way more volume.

Dwolla-> btc-e 0.25 flat fee + 1.99% fee (for $100+, 2.09% for <$100 with BitInstant)

Dwolla-> campBX 0.25 flat fee

Why the 1.99% fee? I can just wire money to them for free. There's no need for dwolla too. I always wire money directly to mtgox, dwolla only slow down the process. Look around for your local bank/credit union, often you'll find one that offer free international wire as a feature. I found several bank that offer it in my local area.
