Is this a pure giveaway or a lottery? Because if it's a pure giveaway it's not a gambling website and if you have to pay to enter, it's not a giveaway. Corrent me if I'm wrong but from my understanding you would have to either change the post/title or post it in another section.

this is lottery right, not giveaway
Of-course it is a lottery and there will be 200 participants max as suggested by OP and then they'll randomly chose 3 winners and most presumably there would a little fee to get an entry/ticket.

Correct, sorry, wasn't try to mislead so have edited the OP slightly. Still working on final details to make sure this is fun, transparent & "provably fair", and fun ! Did I say that already? Most of all, I want this to be fun

Most of all, I want this to be fun TBH, I am quite confused as well. On one hand, you uses "lottery" in the OP. On the other hand, you say "We are giving away our own money in Bitcoin prizes to promote MonetaryUnit and promote Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general." on his About us page. Please edit the descriptions to make the message more clear.

And, it will be a lottery, so I stand by that too It will all become clear soon.... What I can say is that the draw results will be public and published on www.Random.org which will be used to carry out the "Randomised" draw.

No, it's going to be more fun (in my opinion) and more community based
