Well I have the same problem.
My stats got reseted twice(one on the time I should be paid, and another when I really got paid), and I only got paid for the amount on the first reset.
I probably lost around 3 non-excluded posts because of this.

From the looks of it, you were the one who got scammed by that person. So asking his earnings to be returned to his victims is somewhat of a conflict of interest. However you are right that he should be removed from the campaign.

Next time you should use a trusted escrow if you are going to have your funds at risk.

I was scammed yes, but there was also someone else who could be refunded as well. Check the trust, I believe there is one other victim with the reference linked as well.
