It have no gitch , while the system updating a user stats , he might see signature deleteed , or cause of a slow
network the bot didn't access to Bitcointalk and cut the signature ,,,

signature and avatar are different things so i think it won't be an issue if you are a member of this signature campaign and a member of other avatar campaign, there are personal message campaign also if you want to make some extra satoshis

You might not like it but it's going to happen and just having a tiny advert on the end of your avatar isn't going to get much exposure. Maybe you could do this for your campaign but I think others will want the full avatar or nothing but I suppose it's a worthy/admirable attempt at a compromise. Those campaigns that let you use a avatar or different campaign avatar though will likely become more popular and it may even be the clincher in attracting new users if people can maximize profit.

I could understand a competing business in the same industry like Dadice not allowing a PrimeDice avatar but wouldn't see any problem with DaDice allowing a Bit-x avatar for example unless they offered their own avatars or made them mandatory for the campaign.

That Could be the great Idea, But Please Do Not Put only Single Avatar for the Campaign, You should have more than 10 avatar  for it, to avoid confusion.
