BitCrate stopped paying?

Five days ago they say:

"Payments will be late for a bit, but will be paid once I have received the Bitcoins I have bought."

I win some quite good prizes and then a few days later they say:

"As of June 17, 2012, BitCrate has been closed and I will no longer payout any Bitcoins. I started BitCrate as a web development exercise, and given the amount of exposure and attention the site got, I feel the site has been a huge success. While BitCrate won't be up anymore, I will be working on more Bitcoin related projects if a good idea comes up."

I'm annoyed now, I want my bitcoins!

Wah wah wah! You aren't really entitled to something that is being given away for free out of the goodness of someone's heart. nice try though.

why are they posting "PAID !! TX ID: qsdqsdqsd"   to their twitter

(yes i know its an old topic, sorry, but wtf, are they paying or not ? )
