I think he might be talking about ponzi site. Which first gives you sone profit and when you invest more due to your greed you lose your money because they scam you. Like lhc they are the biggest known scammer of the day.

usually i buy some nice game bundle on indiegala.com or humblebundle.com and also i have bought a laptop with my bitcoin.
still hard to find merchant who accept bitcoin in my country.

I barely have 2 and I dont see a reason why I should spend them instead of holding them, when I can buy what I need with fiat.

There are a few reasons why you might want to do that. One of them would be to contribute to Bitcoin's economy, and nothing would be stopping you from buying back the coins you'd spend.

You can create some loaded paper wallets yourself, and consider them as paper bills. But, I don't think those in the screenshot are really loaded with 3000 btc.

With the a "search by image" google search, it seems that pic first appeared in Feb 2014.
And if it is loaded, I would assume the owner would be more careful in covering the private key on the first piece of paper.
