I have .249 BTC stuck in the DGEX web wallet. I have the DGEX master key; the wallet and BTC address actually shows my balance, but i cannot withdraw the BTC as it say no funds are available within the DBEX web wallet.
I won't give you my DGEX master key but I can PM you my public key so you can confirm the funds are in the block chain. Any other DGEX files are fair game for you to have.
If you help me get this quarter BTC out, I will send you .125 BTC. This offer stands indefinitely. Maybe if BTC rises to 10k it will eventually be worth someone's time to help. For now, who knows.
Description of problem: DGEX web wallet shows my balance of .249 DGEX web wallet has Send button which is enabled Clicking Send pops a window that shows 0 bitcoin available for transfer.
I can import my master key into any browser to recreate my web wallet. I get the same results no matter how many browsers I use.
This amount available in the past has not been zero, but I tried numerous times to confirm my BTC send and the web wallet would never respond. (seems safari was not the right browser to start out with) Now it shows zero available always.....

Have you looked at all wallet addresses? There is also an option to go to the next wallet page to see other addresses. Might be in one of them . I am new to it as well, couldn't find the sending option.

"Your wallet keys are all derived from a single master key which produces a 'Tree' of keys, instead of a 'Chain' like Armory or Electrum" Not sure about this one but since you own the private key you should be able to import it into blockchain.info and manage the thing from here. If you look at your wallet in the blockchain what's your final balance?
I am not sure how dgex wallet works either, creating the web wallet displays 10 BTC addresses, one of them has my BTC address with a balance, that public key is 186zhbJf4qLwXHKmyABRw7Lu6VgMKYQtw9 I can put this key into blockchain.info, however, are you suggesting that my master key that DGEX gave me is the private key for this public address and all 10 of my public BTC addresses??

I have my BTC address with a balance, the address and balance are visible in my DGEX wallet and the blockchain, I cannot use the DGEX wallet to send the money.

How are we supposed to help?
I am hoping that someone knows enough about how DGEX master keys work that I can somehow derive the private key for my BTC address from my master key. One post suggests that my master key is the private key. I will try that.

I tried importing the DGEX master key into blockchain, the private key is not a recognizable format says blockchain.info

Unfortunately I cannot really help you until this points. The good news is that indeed your balance is 0.249 BTC: https://blockchain.info/address/186zhbJf4qLwXHKmyABRw7Lu6VgMKYQtw9In theory the master key should be infact the private key, you can try to import it Did not work....

If you have acces to the wallet, dump the private key of your addys, then add that private keys on blockchain and you will have acces to that addy again.

Also, try creating a new wallet(select create new wallet on the site). And select the option to enter your own passkey. Put in the master key of your existing wallet, and chose the option to print it out. After that try and import it into another wallet platform.
EDIT: I think you already tried this.

Can you some kind of tool to generate the HD addresses and keys? Then import into any wallet? Something like this: http://bip32.orgI do not know this site is save to use or not. At least generate the HD keys offline and deleted browser cookie/cache afterwards.

Encrypt a message containing your DGEX master key to my PGP key and PM it to me. I'll decrypt the message and try to figure out WTF is wrong with it.

Solution: Contact the support . Did they not respond?
have had endless attempts to get help, they initially taught me how to use my master key to create a new wallet, but after that no response for months. ACtually, I tried depositing a small amount, and can not send the amount of there. It shows my remaining balance as -ve. They might have disabled it. EDIT: Might be due to unconfirmed transaction for me, Let me update you when it confirms. EDIT2 : Not able to get out the small amount I sent there . It shows available balance as 0 as well.
