I am the one who asked for the takeover and i have also asked,  with the community agreement of course for the remaining ICO.

I asked Keyser for The ICO funds along with the project and his answer was no, he is keeping the ICO for himself and have no intention of giving it back.

But you kept asking for BTC.

I don't think community would donate if all the ICO funds are gone though, what about part ICO funds given along with the project as peeps need to be paid and if others gonna  do all the work it's only fair and you take your expenses what you paid out plus development costs and fr your time thus far, wouldn't that be a good arrangement and fair? Just a thought. Also if you guys want articles done I will accept a little less like 15 bucks an article to help start you off. As I said I would be willing to write around 3-5 articles a week and donate the bounty I would receive to qbk asset fund. So if anyone takes over this project I can help with writing.

99.9% ICO = scam. Here is another verification of this rule and I really feel sorry for the people who didn't know it. Please, don't give up: crypto is full of greedy scammers but there are also wonderful men doing wonderful things. Unfortunately, it is not the case.
