Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

2-3 days, although I usually get my gear from them overnighted Israel to UK. Literally, 14 clock hours or so.

Thanks guys - I'm ordering two PSU's (as recommended by dogie on his guide Wink ) and a LAN cable (just in case) off Amazon right now for an estimated delivery of tomorrow in anticipation of the miner.

Is a Corsair AX-1200 adequate to safely drive an SP20, or would I be better served by purchasing a beefier 1300W power supply ?

I have an AX1200 and it runs the SP20 flawlessly, however - it is slightly downclocked to allow headroom.
If you want to run full pelt, get the 1300

Early next week actually works well for me anyway, I'll be back from a weekend away and this damnable warm spell will be past and we're supposed to be back to proper -10C for a daytime high. Much better for mining.

That much headroom would be a waste. You could run 2 underclocked with 1600w
( i think phillipma does)

Using two 750W's Corsair PSU on this baby when it comes. Hopefully that'll be enough for some testing (i.e. overclocking Wink

ha! this means that when you are so happy with the SP20, you can order another 2 and have them all run under-clocked off that PSU!

2x Cx750m?  I ask b/c it seems the flat power cables they ship with seem larger gauge and better able to handle higher currents than the sleeved ones

Yeah, only wimps use 1500W or lesser power supplies!

Seriously though an AX1200i is more than enough to run an SP20 at 1.6 TH/s.

Trying to decide if a LEPA 1600 with its crappy rails will run this, or if I should use a 1200AXi and run @ 1.6TH.

i like the EVGA 1600 80+ gold. seems pretty stable.
and cheaper than the AX1200
