Is this project still being actively developed? I hecked their twitter and found a few recent tweets about testing, but before that the last tweet or update was from 2016. I read the whitepaper, a lot of interesting projects and features, but is there any word on progress?

Is the VTR wallet on Bittrex down for anyone else? It just says wallet Offline with no further info. Happened just as I finished syncing my wallet.
I tried tweeting bittrex twice but still no response or even explanation as to why their wallet is offline.

This file only works when it comes paired with the folder txleveldb. Otherwise it's of no use (the wallet just starts syncing from scratch). |

Sorry about that. 7zip archive of the vTorrent Blockchain ledger as of 2018-01-10 19:30EST https://drive.google.com/open?id=1oh_Y_4aJSsnIFBIQQ84Gc8kKfZH9uXMAArchive Contents: blk0001.dat, txleveldb folder, and vTorrent.conf Just extract the archive into the vTorrent %appdata% directory, and replace all.
