Thats nice. But b-ex.io? Its first time I listen about such exchange. Is it reputable to some extent? I mean how safe is to use it? Someone familiar?

Also... I wonder how do you get all this info? Are you in contact with the dev(s)?

It's 1 week old exchange so it can't reputable. Trade cautiously with small amounts of money. Some people successfully deposited/withdrew vtr/btc but it may take few hours.

When you look at this thread you might think that this coin is dead but there is active vtr community on slack. There is also telegram group. I'm just sharing the info here. Everyone can contact the dev by sending a message to vtorrent.crypto@gmail.com.

I sent my vtorrents there.
First , you can see buying orders like usual. BUT when you try to sell into them , THEY DISAPPEAR, and your order just became an unfilled selling order.
You can try to go even lower but same happens.. hilarious.

Second , if you manage to get some bitcoin and you go to withdrawal there is a withdrawal minimum of 0.05btc.

Yes, you are right. There is a lot of fake orders, that's why it's best to just set an order and wait for someone real to match it. I made a few trades, deposited and withdrawn coins so it works. But you are right it's risky and I wouldn't deposit more than 0.1-0.2btc at a time.

We provide a unique trading venue for the VTR. Do you want us to pay BTC for this? The withdrawal limit has been posted on the website very early. Do you have to look at it before you trade? Does the exchange want to change the rules for you alone?

So, looks like VTR saga is finally over, what a shame, there was huge potential here, and the dev had some skills (he implemented 2fa in the wallet), so if he had gotten his shit together this could have mooned ... the one that got away sadly

Thats strange, probably you have connection problems to Github site (or maybe your antivirus has detected something in the zip file).

I dunno. Your Windows installation seems to be broken. Maximum I can do, is to download the latest 0.8.2.1 pre-release and put it here for you to try: https://mega.nz/#!mosFiBQR!69DzX59APlFZuMkoiwhh7SZ5ba8uKznDu_zHEAjv2rA

If it doesn't work, you have to either try on another machine, or wait for the developer to pop in, and help you with this.

That was a known problem on w10 with a specific version of the wallet, I had the same issue and had to update to a new release version.

It is lucky for all of us that the developer informs the community about each step. In other projects with this, not everything is as good and the problems are very large. The main thing is to understand what's what and what continues to inform this huge plus to all participants.
