Hello happy investors,
Check your wallets bleeping, I have just paid out weekly interests and returned back the original deposits to another bunch of depositors.
The remainder of these deposits will be returned back with due interests on Sunday 30th. As I already announced I will close this successful operation in order for me to spend more time with my own family and keep on investing in other interesting businesses.
I'm staying 'til the end. From what I've seen vescudero is both honest and smart. But I'll let you all know when I get the principal back by the end of the month.

Everything we can see about vescudero (but especially the things we cannot), are signs of a ponzi. The only reason for him to return all funds now is to come back a couple of months from now and re-open with huge momentum right from the start.

But there is a big piece of evidence in his favor, which is that we know exactly who he is (with pretty high assurance).

Pointless argument. Case in point: we knew pirateat40's identity before he defaulted (Trendon Shavers), yet he ran away with his Ponzi profits... Depends on a vast number of factors. I would definitely pay a visit to Victor if he turned out to be a scammer. I suppose there are many members of the community who would consider doing this, and there are plenty people who has met him personally. He has willingly disclosed every detail about his person, including where he works. I never doubted his integrity, but I have considered the possibility and how I should act as a part of this community. I don't know why this isn't how it's progressing in the pirate case. Maybe that sort of approach is an American thing, though it has a Britishy feel to it. Maybe that is pointless.

Because pirate is telling his lenders that only those who leave him alone will get their money back (oct 12 at the earliest possible), and they want to believe him.

Less than 7 hours left for this bet to get closed: http://betsofbitco.in/item?id=671Soon, we'll know if he pays back all the funds lent to him or not.

I am a betting man but I didn't get into that. What if there is a power outage and he has to delay for a day? Not taking some slippage into account is a bad idea. In no universe "it was a scam all along but he paid in full a day later anyway" makes any sense.

This seems like a puppet account of someone who is sure he will pay back puppet account? like him or friends run bets of bitcoin? The creator of the bet gets 5% of the losing bets no matter the outcome, so it's in the creator's interest to promote the bet.

That is exactly what the OP would say if the bet promoter was his sock account. nraz was a new account created specifically to promote this bet, even going as far as PMing members about it, so it is obvious that it is someone's sock, although not necessarily one associated with Vescudero.
