if you look at http://unitus.info/network you'll see it's very live. Network status is healthy and people are mining.

Regards any new developments, unfortunately there are no developers with spare time available at the moment. So unless anyone capable to develop and have any ideas to propose make an offer to community, there will not be much happening in near future in terms of development.

But we as a community are always capable to brainstorm about new features and other ideas which could be added to this coin.

People are mining it because it is a merged coin. No wasted efforts to mine it, as I don't have to strictly point my gear at it.

I like it because it is a X11 merged coin, so now all 3 of my algos have merged coins to mine.
