What I really don't get is this bit:

We will create a pool of % of ownership, with all the benefits, assosiated with being a shareholder. The ownership of each individual user will be implemented into the HARDWARE of each and any FINANCECLOUD DEVICE and will grand the right to voluntary work for our project, to be part of the decission making process and to benefit from the profit of this collaborative corporation. The Hardware encryption chip of your FINANCECLOUD API device will by contract, get the right as a "person" and will be able to act as an identity, to act on your behalf, without having to be bound to a legal person. In other words, we do not require you, to  provide your identity, to be able to claim and to execute your ownership rights.

Who exactly will be the owners of this corporation?  Will it be those people who actually purchase the FinanceCloud device?  If so, will they then have exactly equal rights in the corporation?

Yes, you got it right. This is basicly what the FINANCECLOUD masternode s and wallet CONTROL-CENTER does.,
Plus providing searches, statisticm, keymanagement and cloudbackup  ....

Yes and No. The ownerschip of the company belongs to the founders,
They put their Money and time in, since over a year.
But nonetheless, it makes sence at the political level, the social level and as well at the economic level, to share a decent part, to keep
users engaged. Also its good, to not allow the founder (Steve, Chris and Olaf , me and other helpers), nor anybody else,
to hold a half of the shares or even more. All shareholders are having eqaual rights, weighted by the amound of shares owned.
The specifics are in a stage to be discussed and shaped by and  with YOU, I am having a~ 40 +30 +30 % in mind.
like "me +users + silent investors (if needed)". Given, my sructural reflections are not only about the distibution, but also about
rethinking  participation and contribution as a whole, i am very much looking forwart our conersation about the topics

- hardware modifications agreed with AVID TECHNOLOGIES

- FCC / CE / NDA (for production and facility details) filled







O.K., i am starting to feel alive again and i am back to work

Today was the final meeting with AVID technology to agree on the details
of the FINANCECLOUD API DEVICE. I am amazed about the grade of their professionalism.
They are having a way to work with startups, that's really empowering.

We also tailored the growth process perfectly around our funding concepts and created
a modulare platform, that gives us all oportunities to scale up, or to split into different production plants,
to be as fexible and responsive to the market as possible.

Planning and contracting will be done within the next two, three weeks.
Then we will have five tesing versions about a week later and then AVID starts rolling
and manufacturing our first batch of 1000 units.






Agreed sprecial features:


- hardware encription chip with ROM based dynamic private key generator
- a "give-a-fuck-on-shutting-down" energy buffer for clean shutdown when plug is pulled.
- memory enhancement with blocked address spaces for security operations.
- on board flash memory for  secure, but upgradable encryption software for the keygenerator.
- modular approach to offer an additional "conversion kit" for already existing rasperry pies.

we are also getting in touch with ADAFRUIT for extending worldwhide distribution capabilities.

On tour

today i headed over to south Germany
to have two days of hot-air-ballooning and then will drive to munich,
where we will do the contracting, licensing and incorporation for the
FINANCECLOUD API payment gateway with own crypto to FIAT processing. capabilities.
On the way back there are several meetings on schedule, like Iron Eagle Investment (for FOREX connectivity),
Olaf Breuer, Florian Homm and others.







I will be back home on the 26th, to prepare for Amsterdam and for getting integration of INTERNERT-OF_COINS

Then i will return home and work for another week with AVID and kick off
