it is so sad, but i had will to cancel my speech in shenzhen.
The German passport office messed up the Express Passport Service.
I also had even booked the express visum service by http://www.visumcenter.de,
which is one of the best and fastest in Germany, providing a visa in 3 workdays.
But after our passport-center wasted another two days (for a same-day-service),
there was nothing left, Visumcenter could do about it.
It is so sad, because this event would have been something very special for me.

I already informed the Summit and apologized for the inconveniences.
We did everything possible, to make this happen, .

Ok, looking forward, Malta is our next event in November,
This is our most important event, because then we will publicly present our
FINANCECLOUD API for the first time.

China was quite short time to prepare, but now we have a set of papers and addresses
and an express visa partner in place, expect more events to be added quickly.

so lets use our time to keep building FINANCECLOUD API

Achterhoek Agenda





just got in contact with the guys of the Achterhoek Agenda organization.

Background:
Given there has to be a company formed in the beginning of the next year,
it is time to spend a few thoughts about that fact. A new money isn't enough.
If we want to see change in our society, we can not keep running and organizing corporations in the same way
as we did before. Cultural change all over the society is needed. I don't like to be the founder of jet another
command and control monster. The Achterhoek Agenda is a movement in the Achterhoek area of the Netherlands.
They are a hand full of business owners that fired their complete leadership and restructured their company into
an organization, that makes each "employee" some kind of an owner. The pioneer is a room cleaning company and they even spent
a huge amount of money, to educate their stuff about the economics of the business.They did this transformation that well,
that their overhead has dropped and they even out-competed their competition. Now they are running "Change Teams"
that are going to other corporations, to switch them one by one.

Reason i got in touch with them, is that STRUCTURE isn't an easy task. Many tried to build something like that,
but ended with a clumsy result or some kind of pseudo Communism.  Getting this right requires to get informed
and to learn. This is why i asked them to explain their concept. Also i'd like to add an decentralizing element to the
concept, by implementing an "autosplit" mechanism into the policy, that prevents the corporation to develop into a monolithic
giant. Not that i am overstating our business, but i feel its better to make these decisions right from the beginning.
Its not about my assumption about growth, its about the raw model. Everything here is about the raw model ....

Autosplit
Its already a pretty decentralized structure to have all members working on a project, they also own in some way.
Problem is, when it comes to scaling. In Achterhoek they managed to do it successfully with a size of 300 people,
which i feel is amazing. Of course i consider blockchain playing a role for that in the future, but keeping everything step by step,
our product is my main focus. These thoughts are a side show at this point, so lets keep it simple.

The idea would be to split the organization at a certain fresh-hold into two organizations, cooperating on the tasks.
It would be a decentralized way to prevent monolithic structures while not giving up achievements. The equality among
their members and the lag of an umbrella organization would prevent to form a cancerous corporation.
So far my first thoughts. I'd like you to take part on this thought process and to tell me your ideas.

most of the desired functions are now in place, i now started with the interlinking of the services and
as soon, i have had the meeting in Amsterdam,  i will complete the hybrit-chain integration.
Thats it and iwill then hand over to the designer, to get the interface unified and polished.

I am currently investigating, how the "smartmirror2" smart-screen framework, works with our voice-control feature
and i am exploring touchscreen form-factors.





The Hardware part, when it comes to planning time-frames turned out to be not as easy, as the software part,
(as some may have noticed). Though assembling the right components isn't the problem, thinking this through as carefully ,
as possible is a good idea, because you can easily rip off the money budget. This is true for us in terms of production,
as well as to keep the cost per device low. I want, to have a price , that should be below the highend hardware wallets,
while out-competing their feature-sets, usability and use-cases. Though we are building a device, that is much much more than just a wallet,
on the market, they will be the ones, we will have to compete with. We are now focusing on one model,
which should represent the universal consumer variant, between a "DIY Budget" variant and a business appliance.
I am also keen, to keep it not only available, but also easy and accessible for people who can"t effort, to buy ANY device.
Maybe they are the ones, Financecloud could help the most.
Said that, hardware is quite planned through, but i'd like to keep all options on the table for optimal results .....

FINANCECLOUDS first successful voicecontrol pairing event into the mycroft AI API
This pairing isn't required for the user, he could use and manage our voicecontrol also via the internal dashboard,
but connecting directly into the community driven API gives him easy installation of skills, to extend the functionality.
For us its an important test. The pairing confirms that our voicecontrol, its interfaces and the skills-engine are functioning.

that is now upgraded and sligtly modified.

This Appstore will over the next days hook on top of  our docker repository server.
Then combine the FINANCECLOUD APP section with docker deployment capabilities, to make apps
possible, that are combining cloud frontends with server instances. Given this Appstore already provides a
developer area with basic app-version control and github integration, this will be the place to go for future app developers.
It already provides an APP Skeleton builder, that will also over the next few days, modified, to be able, to integrate docker uploads
from our repository.This means you can

1) take create an enterprise level client server application
2) upload the server as image to the docker repository
3) provide the configurations to the App Generator and
4) let it generate a skeleton for the FINANCECLOUD API  app & interface.
5) Then you can serve the function as an app to the appstore
