Nice list.
Will some of the free sites have to shut down when the new small output restrictions start?
Sombunall* will shut down, imo. For the lotto: 1HeLLo9D2MUVDFHypox5MhJrAtbgiwgFVc

Info : Gavin Andresen has changed the Bitcoin code to block any output with a value of less than 54uBTC: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/2577... This pull defines 'uneconomic dust' as 54.3 uBTC (5430 satoshis, about $0.007 at current prices [$129.00 per BTC]), and treats any transaction with outputs less than 5430 satoshis as non-standard (won't be relayed, won't be mined). ... I guess the sites that now pay you 1, 5, 10 satoshi per visit will make you wait months if not years before payout

I think bitvisitor is bogus. I read a comment here saying the same thing and I just remembered that I used that site like 2 weeks ago and still nothing from them.

You mean bitvisit.com right? Bitvisitor.com has always paid out promptly I have found. One of the better and more reliable sites... which is no doubt why bitvisit chose that almost duplicate name to try and ride on bitvisitor's coattails.

Yeah, I suspect this is going to be trouble for a lot of the faucet sites, but won't affect the "earn" sites. We'll be putting in a minimum threshold of 100 uBTC, which can be reached by watching 3 videos, or doing 1-2 tasks. http://www.bitcoinget.com/blog/btc-dust-transactions-and-minimum-payouts
