there are so many participant  on our signature  campaign.  and it is  quite difficult to decide which post as spam.
after maximum post count reduced , i became realized it is effective way to reduce spam.

We all know that you are a busy guy so maybe you need to hire a signature campaign manager, one that will count and scrutinize the post's that your promoters. There's a lot of them out there willing to help out.

Bro if you got report from the others the best way that i think is check randomly account then after that if  he didnt meet the guide or against the rules so warning it put it in your warning list in the spreadsheet
Just check every week 5 randomly account. put it to the last of your sheet. I know that you have to many members. so That plan is good.Why? because if you check it all i think this thread will be strike from your members. so just randomly 5 per week... thats my suggest..

You will not be able to manage all user, manager is good choice
but if you wont to use manager, agree with ^post
check randomly per week, if you find spam user kick him, do every week
