If you have certain problems and you can't post minimum required posts, and if you get kicked from
 campaign this way, can you go back again after some time? Reasons can be different,  can your campaign be paused or frozen for some time?  Just asking?

If you can't fulfill the minimum post of the week, you'll simply just won't got payment for the week but you'll still be in the campaign, unless you can't meet the minimum criteria for 3 consecutive weeks (I think its 3, but I'm not really sure). If thats the case, then you'll be kicked out.
And if you want to be inactive for certain duration, I believe if you notice the admin prior to the inactivity, you'll be able to "pause" your campaign and re-enroll later.... unless you're a spammer, that way you won't be accepted anymore

Stop arguing please. You need arguments more specific? Let's look at the history of your posts until March 21st: for example 17 of 30 last posts it's just news copy and pasted, which partly removed now as not related to bitcoin or not related to news (because you went down to that copied article), you grossly ignored the recommendations of the news section. So all of this is reason to call you spammer. Because you just copied news like a spamming bot to earn something from campaign.
