I just found 1LimeLightHA2NqDu5hxu1RN9c78qiL97V (blockchain).
Update: right after depositing 100 mBTC to it, I messed up Sad Being tired doesn't help....
I accidentally pasted the private key instead of the public key into Google and blockchain.info search field. Too bad, I liked how rare this address is, now I can't use it anymore.

The BTC 0.1 hasn't gone too far. https://blockchain.info/address/1317ST8CrnHcycS46F7wFpEFRzhVSba1jG Is that your wallet?

*edit* ouch - 2.3 years to reach 50% for 1LimeLight - feel for you pal.

Yes, I did withdraw by myself to be sure.
On my CPU it takes 210 years for 50%, it was a lucky hit.

Edit: Nvidia joined the party! Now it's only 8 years for 50% Tongue But I'll find another nice one, dictionary attack with 25000 words works fine so far, and about 25 times faster from now on.

So these are vanity addresses? what's so special about them? You can generate almost any address if you have enough computing bower...

They get special as the number of letters increases and so do the difficulty to generate them (and obviously the time ). Also it is better than a normal random number address !  Cheesy

I cant give you a proper estimate now as I have a few VMs running I cant shut down for the next hours and they slow down the GPU.

However "l" is not a valid base58 character, so you would need to use e.g. "L" or "1".

If you dont care about the case 1koelen3 has a 50% chance at 15MKeys/s after 1.3hours. (I could make this for you if you want, rough estimate 0.0008 btc)

With exact case 1koeLen3 has a 50% chance at 15MKeys/s after ~28 days.
With exact case 1koe1en3 has a 50% chance at 15Mkeys/s after ~28 days.
If could be either 1koeLen3 or 1koe1en3, but each with exact case you would have the time or need ~14 days.

1koelen3btc would take almost 4 years for a 50% chance at 15Mkeys/s, I didnt bother to check the exact cases.

The times are roughly linear, so you can half them with twice the keys per second.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

After just on 60 mins at 27Mk/s I came up with

Code:
Pattern: 1koe1en3
Address: 1Koe1en3W8Qa1qBQX72TuGbvE4cHhKtAPC
Pattern: 1koe1en3
Address: 1KoE1En3GQwM73HSapQbvLB93yfsKKii3Z
Pattern: 1koelen3
Address: 1KoeLeN3SY23cpGav8veNkb3B3TfK3xM4n
Pattern: 1koelen3
Address: 1KoeLEn36QLEMVHhWrPe87BSVYkG4f48ek

I'll send you the private keys, but bear in mind that as I know the private keys, these are more or less for show and tell only.

Using some one elses Part Private key for the two versions above would take ~ 25mins to reach 50% but I'd need your own part private key to verify the time it would take.

With btc tacked onto the end would take ~ 1.1 years (and in all these cases that's for non specific upper/lower case)

If I used both cards this would take about half the time quoted, but with the specific upper/lower case, you'd be better off trying your luck here --> https://vanitypool.appspot.com/availableWork

i have a question for the palindrome suffix. is it not the same difficulty to get a suffix for a bitcoin address as it is for the prefix?
meaning there should be better vanity addresses for that longest palindrome than what you listed there.

Yeah the difficulty is the same but the problem is you need to use regex and the -r option doesn't work with the OCL version.  You're limited to using CPU only which is a lot slower than the GPU.

Thanks! I have used VanityGen Before but being not good with memory , i did not remember about l..
Can we used I instead ? So it would look like l ?

anything more than 1 day is alot to keep it running just for a address..
Can you make a case sensitive one ? More like 1koe1en3
My GPU is pretty neat.. How do u check my MKeys/s ?
Maybe mine is faster and i will give it a try?

Edit : so you mean you get 15Mkeys/s ? :/
Am merely getting 1.15 Mkeys/s and with using
Code:
 -i 1koe1en3
it shows some 14-17 hours
while with just
Code:
 1koe1en3
it shows some 1-3 days!

so can you get me

"1koe1en3" <--- in this specific order ?? Smiley

PS - what are you using to get 15 Mkeys/s Huh  Roll Eyes Huh

Like I said in PM send over your part private key and *exactly* what you'd like and I'll see who long it'd take.

Sounds like you using vanitygen on a fast CPU, and not oclvanitygen on a fast GPU. I recently got it working thanks to this topic: Vanity bitcoin address generator/miner [v0.22]. My cheap 1.5 years old i3 laptop runs (up to) 9 Mkeys on GPU now.

Are you from the future ?
Cause i'm pretty sure you will need a high tech quantum computer to generate any exact address available Grin

No, 1 is the closest to l in terms of looks.

Just run oclvanitygen instead of vanitygen to use your GPU.

Edit : so you mean you get 15Mkeys/s ? :/

Well, yes when I have a few virtual machines running. When I dont I get ~37MKeys/s

Am merely getting 1.15 Mkeys/s and with using
Code:
 -i 1koe1en3
it shows some 14-17 hours
while with just

Would take me a few hours at max, price would be 0.0009 btc.

Code:
 1koe1en3
it shows some 1-3 days!

so can you get me

"1koe1en3" <--- in this specific order ?? Smiley

Well 1koe1en3 would take me a few weeks and Id rather not block the system for that long, but 1Koe1en3 (capital K instead of small one) is one I could do over night. Would cost you 0.0068 btc. You can also ask Timelord2067. IIRC they have 2 GPUs and sometimes offer finding addresses for free. We both use split key generation, so we dont know your private keys. I have a step by step in my thread -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1257817.0

PS - what are you using to get 15 Mkeys/s Huh  Roll Eyes Huh

-snip-
Shorena, what GPU did you use for generating the address and how much Mkey/s did you get for it?
Just curious for it Tongue

A single GTX 970, which gets (unless slowed down by other things) ~37MKeys/s.
