If I am on 10x, I would lose 10% on a max profit bet.

So if you divide max profit with BR you can get the average kelly, like this: 447/4773*100%  = 9.37%. So the average is 9.37x kelly. Since the options are 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 5 and 10x... you can say with full confidence that most investors (or at least most of the btc) are on 10x, yes.

One point I want to mention is that, although most of the investors are investing at 10x, it doesn't necessarily mean that those investors are all taking a very high level of risk. Consider this: A bitcoiner has 10 btc. He could invest all his 10 btc at 1x Kelly or he could invest 1 btc at 10x Kelly, and the risk is pretty much the same.

Also some choose to use 10x with all their coins since in general the average bet size is not a risk to their bankroll even at 10x risk

It seems to be a CSS responsive mistake. If the browser width is between 1085px and 1185px, those button disappear. Obviously should be fixed. But for now you can try resizing your browser if it happens
