If you have enough proofs, than make scam accusation but only if you have proofs because everyone can say anything and I doubt you are saying truth.

Betking.io is trusted site thats why as i see on their threads they earned huge trust on their players and they actually doing some good and honest performance to their investors. Based on the feedback he made on betking's account, the one who was scammed is his friend but he do not provide any proofs to support his accusation. So I guess it was never happened..
