Trying the recommended miner now, it's still saying that I'm mining but I'm showing 0khs on the site.

If you run the bat you shouldn't need or delete the conf. Are you running the one I said off a bat file??

Yea, the confg is still just Example.cfg so I didn't think it was being used anyway. I'm using the line you sent, in the RunMe.bat file.
